Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Most clients give us a key, a code or a garage entry and come home to a finished house. If you'd rather be there, that's completely fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all products and equipment are included. If you have allergies, small children, pets or products you prefer, leave them out and we'll use yours instead.
Are you insured?
Yes. Hestia carries liability insurance and we're happy to send proof of coverage before your first visit.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the size of your home and how often we come. Send us your bedroom and bathroom count through the form below and you'll get an exact flat rate — free, and with no in-home visit required.
What about my pets?
Pets are welcome to stay home. Just let us know their names and anything we should know about them, and we'll work around them.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. We'd rather fix it than have you live with it.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just call or text (224) 877-0879. We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
