Office work is quoted as a flat rate per visit, based on square footage, number of restrooms and how often we come. Nightly, a few times a week or weekly — whatever the space actually needs.

Do you work after hours?
Yes — evenings and weekends are the norm for offices. We work around your schedule, not the other way around.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and will send a certificate to you or your building manager before the first visit.
Do you supply paper and soap?
We restock from whatever you keep on site, and we'll tell you when you're running low. If you'd rather we purchase, we bill it at cost.
Can we start with a trial?
Yes. Most offices start with one cleaning before committing to a schedule. No contract required either way.
