Questions about move-in & move-out cleaning
Will this get my security deposit back?
We clean to the standard most leases ask for, including inside appliances and cabinets. We can't speak for your landlord, but we can hand you a home that gives them nothing to point at.
Should the house be empty first?
Ideally yes. We can work around boxes, but anything still in a cabinet is something we can't clean inside of.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum thoroughly, including edges. Steam and shampoo extraction is a different trade and we'd rather refer you than do it badly.
How fast can you come?
Move dates don't move. Tell us the date when you ask for the quote and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
