Who we are

Hestia Clean Services is a cleaning business based in Mundelein, Illinois. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Hestia Clean Services. Questions about your information go to infohestiacleaning@gmail.com or (224) 877-0879.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, phone, email, city and ZIP code, details about your home (size, bedrooms, bathrooms), the service you want, how you heard about us and anything you write in the message box.

When you buy a gift card: your name, phone and email, and the recipient's name and email, delivery date and personal message.

When you book: your address, how we get in (for example a lockbox code), notes about pets or rooms, and payment details. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

When you browse: our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. The map on our home page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies.

How we use it

To answer your request, give you a price, schedule and carry out your cleaning, send your gift card, take payment, and follow up on the quality of our work. We also use it to keep basic business and tax records.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Text messages

If you check the box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Hestia Clean Services about your quote, appointments, gift card and service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (224) 877-0879.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to run the business, and only what they need: our website host (Netlify), which receives form submissions; our email provider (Google); and, when you pay by card, the payment processor. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our clients, our team or our business.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't become a booking are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept while you are a client and for as long as tax and business records require afterward. Lockbox and door codes are deleted when you end service.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to infohestiacleaning@gmail.com. We'll answer within 30 days. Unsubscribing from texts is as simple as replying STOP.

Children

Our services and website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be shared with current clients.
